I gained 28 extra kilos after my second pregnancy at the age of 30. Before that I was slim. Naturally, after I stopped breastfeeding I wanted my beautiful figure back. But it's not so easy!

During these 20 years, I went through hell: I tried everything. Diets: buckwheat, Kremlin, Japanese, Dukan, kefir, one-day fast, high-protein and a bunch of others. I tried them all!

I even went to the gym for 3 months! I started to lose weight (slowly), but once I quit - I gained even more. I also tried dancing but it didn't help.
